The training session conducted by UHY Fay & Co aims to update the knowledge of LPA member agents on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) compliance.
Key topics will include obligations within the real estate sector, the role of the SEPBLAC representative, the AML/CFT Manual and due diligence procedures, the external audit, and the latest updates in the new European regulatory framework (6th Directive, Single Harmonized Regulation, and AMLA).

The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will include a 30-minute breakfast break.

The Spanish session will start at 10:00 a.m., and the English session will begin at 12:00 p.m.

The training will be held at the Marbella Conference Center, in the Blue Room.
