The LPA is a solid and growing association. However, it places the emphasis on quality members rather than numbers. Since our very purpose is to promote excellence, we are highly selective yet welcome ALL companies that fulfil our criteria.

Ours is a strictly NON-PROFIT organisation whose sole aim is to promote quality by adhering to a strict code of conduct and business ethics, and create a self-governing system that refines, upholds and expands this approach to real estate on the Costa del Sol.
